Our Acupulse laser was declared beyond repair by the manufacturer, who offered a replacement for double what we originally paid the brand new device 4 years prior. Scott Carson at MRP advised us to let him inspect it first before replacing it. Incredibly, his team found a random, loose, unattached screw sitting by the power supply, and removing it restored the laser to perfect working order.
