The staff are nice, I will say that. However, whoever handles billing doesn’t do a good job. I was charged additional fees that were not initially disclosed. The same thing happened to my friend who went here. I won’t be back.
This place is a joke the are frauds when it comes to getting eye care I got glasses I cant use and can't go any where else to get new ones because they charged my insurance and I can o my get glasses even 2 years so I'm stuck with glasses I can't wear this place sucks
Fantastic service and great frames at pretty reasonable prices… I was going to go to one of those quickly places that are super cheap but I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for… while I was in I was pretty emotional and I was cared for as if I were family or at minimum a long term client (it was my first visit) I was able to take advantage of a sale they were running and I supported a local business… I just had to go in and get my glasses adjusted because I have a giant head and was not only treated well again I was ... read more
The people were nice…, but I was told that my glasses would be in in a week… it’s been almost 2 1/2 and the other day when I called I was told by someone else it could be up to 14 business days…. While that’s not a huge deal if I was told that in the beginning…. I will not be going back as my glasses are broke and if I knew it was going to take this long I probably would have went somewhere else to see if I could get some sooner.
