When you enter the office it is not bougie or pretentious, it has a bit of a lived in feel. All the ladies "staff" are so friendly and professional. They are more than willing to help with any issue. It was my first visit and I was a little scared due to my situation but everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Gyang was a true blessing when he entered the room to see me. This practice is staffed by efficient and friendly women. The physician, a male, explains terms and procedures well. He delivers a diagnosis with additional information. His bedside manner in the operating room is comforting and reassuring. I am new to the practice and travel more than an hour to see him because of his expertise. He came highly recommended by a previous physician who did not have his expertise.
Dr. Gyang and his staff are very informative and attentive to answer every question I had.
