Thanks to Bridgette for answering my calls and questions. Ended up being the best priced for the time. Older gentleman who came to measure also came to install, super nice guys, took about a week or so to get my type of glass, pretty quick replacement to my sliding glass door considering the holidays. Would recommend 100%. They are straight shooters all the way. May need them to check a corner, but overall satisfied.
I called Osceola Glass for an urgent kitchen window glass replacement on December 22nd. I was told the repair team would arrive between 10:00 AM and 12 PM on December 23rd. The repair duo of Abraham and Patrick arrived at 9:59AM and completed the glass replacement within 45 minutes! They were both courteous and respectful of my home. They removed the window frame, removed the broken glass, custom cut the new glass from their truck and installed it back on the frame in my kitchen window. They were awesome. They went out of there way to set up a time on my schedule. I had called several companies and they were far the lowest one by over a hundred dollars. There workers were right on time. They went right to work and did incredible job. Thank you so much for showing me that people are still honest and care about the customer.
