Have been calling to get my fence serviced for weeks now and they don't ever answer or even attempt to get back to people who leave voicemails. Why even have a business if you're going to leave your past and current clients hanging out to dry?
Their ongoing customer service is horrible! They never answer the phone and they don't return your call or respond to emails. I guess once you buy a fence from them, they no longer have any use for you as a customer! I would recommend going elsewhere as if you ever have a problem with your fence, they will not respond to you. I have been trying to get hold of them to get one of my gates replaced for 3 weeks now. No response from them at all.
I almost never do reviews, but in the event of exceptional service or extremely poor service, I have to share. In this case, the latter unfortunately. It has been weeks of leaving voicemails and emails to the company with NO response. Sent messages on Facebook, only to see my messages are being read and not responded to. Probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had so far. Speaks to reliability as a whole and I would suggest not using this company.
