The health care part was 0 stars but the billing department is phenomenal, 5+. Doctor repeatedly ignored that the medication did nothing and then gave me a test which insurance wouldn’t cover and then never called to explain results or even make another appointment. But the billing department is on point. I immediately got the bill for the test which I don’t know the results of. So I guess it averages to 2 stars
