It is almost been a week I visited Osceola Community health because I made Teresita Ryan as my primary care doctor. I completed my blood work and went to the front desk as doctor wanted me follow back because of my health condition.When I reached frontdesk old lady and tell I want to make appointment she said it ia by the call mama.I was about to leave and make phone call as shw said to me.It was rude tone.After that she told the doctor or somebody they call me and set schedule based on doctor availability.Next day when I re... read more
The phone system has gotten worse last time I was at least able to get to the billing department. But now after 3 or 4 rings it just cuts off. This has been an issue for at least 4 or 5 months now.

Complaint and Suggestion Regarding the Telephone Appointment System The medical care we receive is generally of good quality, and I appreciate the work of the healthcare staff. However, the appointment scheduling system is extremely inefficient and causes significant frustration for us as patients. The fact that appointments can only be made by phone creates a bottleneck that leads to long wait times, unanswered calls, and often the inability to book an appointment when it's needed.
