Still no one answering the phone after weeks. About a month ago they were supposed to put in a request for an authorization for a referral that was given to me. The insurance has yet to receive it and I had an appointment this morning. Neither simonmed or this doctor's office process the information appropriately. Unfortunately with certain insurance plans when you look up the doctors in Kissimmee they're all under the same phone number and the only option is poinciana or Bill Beck.
