Today is 1/26/26. I have called 3-4 times within 4 hours. 1 person has picked up and was checking my birthdate. Never called me back. I am desperately in need of medication and having withdrawals because one of the doctors denied it. How can I make an appointment if you are not picking up any of my calls? Staying on the phone for 50mins (on hold) then saying your having system problems is ridiculous. Waste of my time and I’ll definitely be going to a different place. Do better!
