I came in for a simple tire patch. While they did patch the tire, they did not balance it until I specifically asked. Later, when I got home, I noticed the tire had been installed incorrectly, with the inside sidewall facing outward. These are basic things a tire shop should be checking when reinstalling a tire.
Be aware ! Unprofessional work, scratched up my whole rim from inside, Put air in twice And still, the tire light came on went to a professional shop. Pep Boys told me the tire sensor was old And whenever I got the tires balance from this Oscar tire shop didn’t do a professional job, Their employees are unprofessional half of them don’t even know how to speak English and And just stand there waiting for the other employee to do their work for them ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !
Great customer service always remember who he do business with great team fast and courteous. Always a great deal hell he suggested all 4 nice tires brought 4. Will always do business with businesses like this. People who care about people. Thanks guys
