My wife and I have been coming to this Oscar's since it opened, and we're so happy it went in. My wife follows a strict low-sodium diet, and they've always been able to accommodate our orders, which means a lot to us. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are great. We're always happy to come back. Highly recommended!
The man at the register was very rude. When I went back up because he had forgotten my horchata and I asked for a refund he said no refunds. I told him I didnt receive my drink. If I could have my drink refunded her proceeded to say no refunds and he finally realized " oooh i didnt give it to you" I asked for a supervisor or manager and he said he was the one in charge today. After being rude and standoffish he finally refunded my drink.
I asked for a steak protein bowl. I got a bowl full of nasty white rice, all mushy. The steak was extra fried, dry almost burnt. Like, that’s not a protein bowl. Awfully made. Will not go back.
