Terrible experience with Rafael. I came in at 12 PM and he told me one person was ahead of me, so I waited. After finishing that client, he took someone else instead of me. I still waited, but after almost 2 hours he told me he couldn’t cut my hair and to go somewhere else. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I wish I could give zero star. I did my haircut with Oscar and he is awesome. He took enough time to give the best look for me. Although shop closes at 8pm , he took me as a client and he cut my hair till 9pm. Everyone should try haircut with Oscar.
