STAFF HORRIBLE I was just released from the hospital and they send an urgent NEED TO SEE ASAP to Dr. directly. Called and spoke to SOFIA and she was RUDE, MEAN, DEMEANING, etc. This was at the start of the call and had not even gathered my information yet. Once I provided her all my information and she has access to all my hospital and specialist notes through Orlando Health to see this information, she state 'NO' we can not see you for TWO MONTHS. She deserves zero stars. Shouldn’t be in business. Doesn’t care for patients whatsoever.
The care is terrible, they do not help the patient.
