I was reccomended to have a 'visual field test' which was bulk billed. The optometrist was again very thorough and very professional. He took time to listen to me and to assess me properly. He was also quite friendly, understanding and helpful. He explained everything very well and gave me answers to all my questions. The testing was for an hour.
Daro and Claire were very thorough and helpful at my appointment. I'm extremely happy with the customer service I received.
Really upsetting re arrangements around accessibility to own prescription after an eye test. Story is they did my eye test and then referred me for further cataract check which was done the very next day. After about 2 months went into shop to buy prescription glasses the lady holding the fort said she is new to the shop and doesn’t have access to everything, although rang her before going in and was promised to have the prescription report in hand when I do go in person.
