I had an issue with the nose pads on my glasses, and John was extremely helpful in repairing them and replacing them with new ones. Excellent service and a great experience overall.
First time getting progressive glasses. Decided to use this store, after speaking with John and going through my options I ordered a pair of glasses. After a few weeks I was having difficulties adjusting to the new glasses. I raised my concerns with John and he suggested different frames. This made a big difference. I am grateful for John's patience and understanding. If you need a new pair of glasses I would highly recommend this location. John and Bronwyn are excellent at what they do!
John is such a kind and professional staff! Appreciated his big heart! He has helped me with adjusting the framing of my glasses! It now fits me a lot better!!
