The optician who examined my eyesight was very thorough, , and Ellie the manager based in Australia Fair in Southport branch was very friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Most satisfactory. The waiting room and the display of spectacles very good.
I requested this appointment for a problem somewhat different to a visual test and even so the care I received was fantastic. I had very thorough examinations and they explained everything really well. They have a very friendly team who are genuinely caring towards their clients.
The receptionist and the optometrist were great, nice & friendly.. Great service!
