Dr Signori is Uncaring and Unprofessional. He wanted to argue with and belittle my mother-in-law rather than help care for her. He refused to answer why he hadn't called me back when I called and spoke to his nurse two months prior and she expressed she would tell the Dr. He was contacted month after month by the infusion center that her appliance wasn't working, her PCP contacted his office at least 2 times about situation and what did she get ?? Terrible experience, no follow up on labs, I don't even think they were sent in as I have received no follow-up on the results. Definitely billed though. Office staff doesn't seem helpful.
Dr Signori is great The staff are pleasant The problem is can’t reach anyone over the phone ! It’s always “we will get back to you by one business day” Terrible! No other doctor’s office does this, they always have a person to speak to. This Karmonos system is not good
