This has been a 3 year in the making sale. Oscar is beyond patient and not pushy. We met him 3 years ago and he was always on our time with the home purchase. He even checked on my through out my entire pregnancy when we stopped looking. Such a great realtor. The lender and builder said he was the best they have seen as well. 10/10 recommend
