I have reported this business to SGI. I brought my vehicle in for a safety and was surprised that my vehicle needed expensive items for the safety. I was genuinely shocked what was communicated to me as little did this shop know my vehicle had just been certified fit from a Ram dealer in Ontario. He shows me a video on his phone of a major issue for safety which shows a wiggling part. I say show me. Awesome shop he got me in within minutes of my phone call and didn’t even charge me for reading diagnostics codes!! Not many shops that will do either one of those now days.
Never go to this place - I have a 2018 volvo had a problem with my def pump and the owner of this place made me wait for 4 hrs and came up with the price $3500 for pump + Labour. But when I rechecked the price of pump with dealer it was $2900. I don't know why there was difference in parts pricing and when I spoke to him he said get your truck out and get this job done somewhere else. I was surprised wasted 4 - 5 hrs. He is riping off people on parts pricing.
