I LOVE this place! I requested an appointment time that ended up not being available but I received a call back and was able to get an appointment that worked for me. The entire staff was courteous and didn't bat an eye when I picked out at least 30 pairs of glasses to try on (my indecisiveness definitely showed). They even offered fashion advice when I asked! I had an amazing experience from the time I checked in to the time I left. The decor is amazing and Dr. Oglethorpe was very thorough, he was very knowledgeable about symptoms I was having with my eyes.
My first eye glasses ever and it was nothing like I expected. Everyone there is right on point, friendly and fabulous. They helped me find the perfect glasses and even got them to me in a rush because I was going out of town. It is the coolest little funky eye glass store ever!
They have the coolest frames and the most friendly and helpful staff. I'm going back soon!!
We live in Winston-Salem but decided to check out Oscar Oglethorpe while we were waiting for a table at a restaurant nearby and loved it! The staff was very knowledgable, friendly and patient. Chryste was great with helping me pick out a pair of glasses and sunglasses. We will definitely be back when it's time for my son and my husband to get new glasses. The personal service they provide and the awesome selection they have make it worth the drive from Winston.
Amazingly diverse selection of frames you wont find at larger chain shops, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and bargain eye exams for those without insurance. What else do ya need!?
