ZERO STARS!!!! I have never in my life been through something like this. First, I was signed up for OSCAR WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I found out through my primary insurance because I couldn't get my prescriptions filled as long as OSCAR was listed as my PRIMARY. Mind you, I never signed up for them, much less heard of OSCAR. Called them to cancel and the line kept getting "disconnected". So long story.... All last year I had my private insurance through my husband's work and all of a sudden at the end of last year like November December I receive a paper from Oscar insurance and it says I've had insurance with them all last year, Plus I got a tax form saying I owe $3,000 to them for money that I never received or used or even knew I had their insurance.
