Dr Ordonez is pleasant, but his office is highly disorganized. It was common to wait an hour for your scheduled appointment, he would forget to bring medical equipment from his Indiana office needed for that days appointment & the billing system is a mess. I just got a $60 bill dated this month that I am told was for a visit from 15 months ago! When I asked for an itemized bill I was told, "I'll try," and told, "Don't take a year to pay this. I would hate to send you to collections." Seriously!?
