Whilst staff are helpful with assisting people with purchasing appropriate equipment, their after sales service is very poor. I purchased an adjustable dining chair and an electric lift chair/recliner for my sister. I live 4hrs away from Horsham and was assured upon delivery, that the height of the dining chair would be adjusted for her, to facilitate easy standing and sitting.
