Pretty good hair cut
Worst haircut I have ever had. And I have haircuts for 25 years now. Lady is a novice, learning on the go on your hair.
I used to think Oscar does a good hair cut, that’s why I keep going back to him. but the last couple times he did not cut my hair the way I wanted him to cut, instead shaving with no any shape or style. He has many people waiting did a quick bad hair cut. I will not going back again. In fact, right after that bad hair cut, I had to go to another beauty salon to fix the bad hair cut Oscar did.
