No one answered the phone so I could book an actual appointment. I stayed on the phone over 5 minutes, still nothing. This is disgraceful, but I'm seeing this is the trend in this area. This is the FOURTH facility I've phoned trying to book an MRI appointment, but NONE of these facilities have anyone answering the phones. How do you all get away with this type of practice? How?

I have been to this facility multiple times with great service, however one bad time and unprofessionalism is a deal breaker when it comes to my health. I was at the location on time (early arrival) for my appt. No one was at the desk. I waited. Still no one. It started to get closer to the time for my MRI and still no one was at the counter. I am claustrophobic and tried the closed MRI before this one. While this one is open on the sides the feeling of being trapped is still there. The young lady that was operating the MRI was really nice and helpful. She talked calmly and asked me to turn my head and look out the side. That made all the difference. Thank you

My MRI was seamless. Hardly any wait and went very smoothly.
