We have been doing business with Osburn’s for six years and spent thousands of dollars. Today the owner, Dave, was so rude and arrogant that I will never step foot in this store again. It’s sad that people with a retail business can be so rude and condescending to customers. I’ll be moving my business to Valley Irrigation where the staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
