Today I found something so ama zing. I took my Grandmother's wedding set to Osborne's jewelry in Athens to repair them and have the wedding ring incorporated into the engagement ring. She had worn these rings for 70 years. The jeweler found an inscription on the underside of the wedding band. A.M + F.J (their initials) and 6-23-28. Noone knew this was on the band. I am beyond excited to get these back and they will take extra care to not harm the inscription. ❤️❤️ highly recommend them. Wonderful staff.

Today was my first time shopping at the Athens location but it certainly won’t be my last. Lexie and Kylie went above and beyond to help me get a special gift for my mother after she experienced a loss. The effort and kindness shown to me was so incredible and I cried the whole way home. I haven’t had this type of experience in retail, ever. I’m just so moved by the whole experience. Thank you, again, for your kindness.
My wife had a 3-ring set cut off of her ring finger today and could not have had a better experience. She had a stroke in August, affecting the left side, including the hand with the rings on it. As time passed, the affected hand swelled and we tried every method for removing the rings. When we got to Osborne's, we were told that the jeweler was at lunch, but as we started to leave, the jeweler approached us in the parking lot, verifying that we had called earlier, and offering to go ahead and cut the rings off.
