Blown away by Osborne's customer service today, and tonight! After reporting our central heating not working (in currently freezing weather) to the letting agents to no avail, and our building maintence company saying it will take another 4 days for someone to look at it, Osborne's was contacting us working hard to find a solution during Friday afternoon and taking time out of their evening to help us - even offering to come out to have a look if we couldn't get our building's emergency engineer to come same night. Another vote for the wonderful team at Osbornes Uk for their fantastic service from start to finish. They did quite a lot of work at a rental property recently to an exceptionally high standard, and for a very competitive price. I can't thank them enough for their continual support in terms of calls for service over the years, professional, reliable, friendly and hardworking, they are worth more than their weight in gold!
