Fairly quick to unload, appointments are usually held to, but I noticed that they overbook, and with parking at a premium, it can get a little crazy at times, common carriers, ltl, and their own fleet drivers, dropped trailers, appointment loads, and drivers finishing breaks or starting a break due to appointment times, it's common to be parked in someone's way and have to move. But the people unloading are respectful and work as quickly as possible.
I give them five star because they are unload my truck with in 45 minutes My appointment was 8 am i was check in 7 am they give me dock around 8.15 and I be out 9 am That's why I give them 5 Star
Missed appointment worked in i was out in 2 hours
The whole process took 1 hour, you can spend the night on the premises
