Once might be a fluke of good fortune, twice is by design. I am so very grateful to the combination of reception team and the Dentist himself who have helped me out at short notice twice in the last 6 weeks when suffering a lot of pain that came to me quickly. Both times resolved immediately, with care, with a great attitude. Thank you so much.

Had appointment for 17.45 showed the email with the time got told it was a error but not told till I turn up said i should of been here at 17.30 not happy at all
