September of 2011 I paid in full for for a pool & liner from Osborne Pool Oasis to be installed early in 2012. The owner Gemma Osborne told us that it was the right time to purchase a pools for the next season because there were extra, unsold pools that were at great prices. I laid down the money and was told that they would keep it safe in the warehouse until spring. After months of waiting and excuses we discovered the pool and liner was never purchased.
