I was transferred to this hospital from Sir Charles Gardiner hospital after a fall breaking my pelvis. The inexperienced physio assessed me as independent even though I could hardly walk with a frame and in excruciating pain. They would not help me shower etc etc even though I couldn't stand unaided. I caught a 2 separate bugs here which made me sicker. During my stay, I was moved 7 times. They pressured me to be discharged too soon with little care. To the very kind and caring doctor and staff. Maggie, Naomi, Harry , Jenelle - my anesthetist Dr. Raj Patola . I had my ACL reconstruction today, and all the staff have been incredibly helpful from the beginning. From the physiotherapist and nurses to the surgeon and anesthetist. They double checked everything before the surgery and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. So far, I haven’t experienced any pain after the operation, and I woke up smoothly from the general anesthesia. The nurses have also been very nice, regularly checking in and providing food, drinks, and comfort. Thank you.
