Very poor service especially people at the receptions. Very rude- lacking in patience and politeness. ( over the phone mostly). Their midwives are lovely and polite. Can’t complain.

This place is a joke , be ready to spend your whole day here for a 5 minutes appointment . 5 hours beyond scheduled appointment and still waiting . Pathetic

I have given birth here for my second baby. I came twice in the hospital and just kept on sending me home as they said I am not dilated enough. The second time I was sent home I was 3-4cm dilated, as soon as we went home (an hour after they assessed me as 4cm) the pain intensity increased. I broke my water at home and was felt pushing. I almost delivered in my car, husband just stopped me from pushing, but my body tells me to do so. I felt the urge to push and poo. I have no idea what’s going on with my body.
