They over-work and undervalue their employees. Often allowing multiple employees on the bucket line(specifically) to get paid for pooping instead of doing their share of the work and letting most of the work fall upon a few of the line members instead of requiring the lazy ones to do their job. They do not fire unreliable employees, allowing months upon months of the same person calling in 2-3 times a week and have even doctored time cards to keep employees on. RecommendedWe use the sow feeding stations. Back in 1998 we started working with Osborne Industries and they helped us get our gestation barn up and running. they have also visited our facility to make sure things were running smoothly. Now we are updating our feeding stations. We drove down to Kansas from Northeast Nebraska and Wow! We were so impressed with meeting everyone that now we put faces to the people we have talked to for many years for assistance. Wonderful customer service. Thank you everyone!
