We recently purchased a home listed by Susan Dixon and Curtis Goddard. During the home inspection, it was identified that the stove was not in working order. We brought this to their attention and were assured that the issue would be addressed before closing. After closing, a technician was sent to inspect the stove and advised that it was in very poor condition and required repairs.
