We had out of curiosity enquired with a different group first and they mentioned their selling record, had lots of statistics and told us we would have to lower our expectations by nearly a 100k to sell our place in this housing climate. Didnt feel right so we went to Gabriella from Osborne Goddard Team who we had used before and she told us hell no!!! Dont lower that price!!.
