Horrible, completely unorganized, takes forever to get the job done, takes away lift too early, wont have elevator ready until Project is done. Worst job site ive ever witnessed.

Osbourne Construction Co., they are a nightmare, very rude, no makers no consideration no personal education No NOTHING good, unfortunately, they behavior is extremely poor, and the worse is they were Trespassing our Residence. terrible company who does not follow basic safety and cleanliness and exposes Bellevue residents to chemicals and dust. there is white residue (which I hope is not asbestos) on sidewalk where people like myself walk on 10050 Northeast 10th Street. It is a project that they are building which is called Bellevue 10. The managers deserve to be in prison for the malpractice. CLEAN UP THE FREAKING SIDEWALK And FOLLOW BASIC DECENCY
