This place is seriously a joke staff do not call u back when thy sat thy will u have t ring up days on end t able to try & talk to the idiot u first phoned up !! Do not send u an email when thy said thy would phone up the nxt day & the case workers having an rdo personally I think..none of thm.really give a shit about truly helping there patients as it would give thm too much work to do their quite happy just t go thru the motions & collect their pay checks each week this place & their workers are a disgrace especially the L... read more

Review of Osborne Clinic Mental Health: Some case workers are not proactive, provide false information to the patient to minimise their workload, and very rarely return calls or attend work during contactable hours. I have waited for a psychologist for 2 months and asked the case worker if it will take months, let me know. The response was a laugh and no it won't take that long. Here we are. My friend has been struggling so I call Osbourne Park Mental Health where she is registered. After my phone call I got put through to her case manager who could hardly speak English but I did get the psychiatrist was away till next week. After a half hearted conversation she said she would organise after hour phone calls and visits to keep an eye on her till the psych got back plus she said I will call you back @ 3.30 for an update.
