I loved my apartment I had a corner downstairs corner apartment right at the beginning of the mill street side building I loved it it was great pretty little apartments real nice on the inside and then the neighbors moved out and the roaches Migrated down the sidewall that was connected to my back patio by the thousands and into my house and it was a nightmare after that, a total nightmare,..... they were in everything and it was just creepy I mean they called an exterminator but it took them days and there needed to be a fo... read more

I had such a bad experience with the property management company that I ended up not even moving in. There is busted out windows from a fire that occurred 6 months ago. The pool was dark green. They told me my apartment was being cleaned but nothing was done. There is a homeless encampment right outside. Also they won't let you see the apartment until you pay and sign the lease. Awful experience.

CAM Properties is far from reliable, accountable or reputable. Over the duration of my time at Osborn Place, two apartments set on fire. The pool has been closed and chained up by order of the city of Phoenix health department for close to a year now. Their was a neighbor who lived in the complex at the time of the fires, his apartment was smoked out and management refused to do anything about it even though there were multiple vacant units he could have been moved to.
