Rented from Osborn for 2 year and never had any issues. Maintenance and office were always friendly. Would recommend them to others.
The people running the office are trashy, unprofessional, and money hungry!! I was shown an apartment that had just been moved out of and was trashed. When I asked to see the unit after it was cleaned, I was told that they don't clean them until someone puts down a deposit. What idiot would put a deposit down on a place before seeing what it looks like clean, and with all of the repairs completed?? Do not waste your time with Osborne Properties. They told me I was approved to rent from them. Then there was always an excuse as to why I couldnt get a place. Now I can't get the home that I want from them, but I was offered any of their properties that were not new. I was told I could get one of the more expensive homes eventhough they cost more, but not a new one. Why would I pay more for an old house. They could've told me that 6 months ago.
