This company will give you a certain number on their quote in order to obtain your business. Within 24 hours of starting, they will slap a massive change order on you and if you refuse it, they will threaten to take you to court. Run away!!!!

I preformed work for Andy Osborne, owner of OSB Services. Upon completion, Andy Osborne refused to pay invoices. Steer clear of this contractor at all costs!!!

I was a subcontractor for OSB Services on 3 separate jobs in December of 2024, missing Christmas & New Years with my family in order to be able to provide for them. After spending $6,500+ out of pocket between travel, meals, equipment, product, and labor, Andy Osborne, Owner of OSB services, refused to pay the invoices claiming the work wasn't done to standard per his project managers direction. Hinter or hunter the owner of this company. Had me come out to project in florida to fix who ever he hired to paint ceilings around there work. I did so took video proof of all my work while on the job. And he told me I would get paid right after I was done and he would send a check from Tennessee. So week went by no check I called he said I never got you w9 or insurance then he checked his email and said there it is. At that point he said he would send check out.
