Customer service is terrible. We discovered that our unit on Kelly Street had been broken into and after calling the police, we called and left a message. We have yet to hear back from them. This occurred 3 days ago. A motorcycle was stolen from our unit. They should let all of their customers know when a break in has occurred so people can go check their belongings.
