I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I booked this appointment two weeks in advance for my prom day, a really important event and unfortunately, I left feeling more stressed than taken care of. First, my appointment was rescheduled last-minute due to an “emergency”, which I tried to be understanding about.
