Please be advised once their product is sold they don’t care about you or customer service. If I could give them zero stars then I would. Bought a handle less mug from here and wasn’t happy with the product as it didn’t insulate the heat from hot beverage pretty well which it should considering it’s a mug. Went there to exchange for a mug with handle with a higher price (I didn’t ask for a refund) and then they gave me some made up reason why it couldn’t be exchanged. The shop just makes you feel like you’re in Kyoto. Love the product offerings and staff are always nice and welcoming.
An intimate store with a carefully selected range of Japanese products. The incense they sold there was beautiful.
I ordered online from WA. I ordered a set of their artisan beer glasses, they are stunning. The quality and presentation of them in magnificent, I've bought them as an anniversary gift for my partner. I ordered them with express delivery, and although I ordered them in December, they came in a few days!! I'm extremely impressed and I'd highly suggest exploring their in-person store, or online. Thank you Osara!!
