I can not say enough great things about Dr Tica! She has been a life saver for me. I was really apprehensive about trying therapy, but it has been the biggest God send. Dr Tica never once made me feel like my worries and problems weren’t big enough for her to help with. She has changed the way I view myself and problems in my life. I seriously don’t know where my life would be without her at this point.

After experiencing several life changing events, I was referred to Dr. Highsmith to help my daughter and I with grief counseling and overall emotional support/management. Dr. Highsmith has been nothing short of a God send. She’s become family! She changed our lives and I’m forever grateful for her.
