Update: I have removed stars due to the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. One lady in particular… Jennifer. I see many others have complained about Jennifer in previous reviews. She cannot continue to speak to people in such a rude & disgusting manner. She’s been there for years but lacks common customer care & support for Dr Zaghmout patients. I am four months post surgery and I am so grateful to Dr. Zaghmout and Nurse Becky for the medical help and advice given to me. After months of dealing with pelvic issues, I began seeing Dr. Zaghmout. He was patient, thorough, willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. With examinations, he was extremely gentle. I am forever grateful for Dr. Zaghmout and his team. Being diagnosed with endometriosis 10 years ago, every year it has been extensively worse. We finally made the decision that, as we are no longer having babies, it was time to get a full hysterectomy, and without any hesitation, he listened to my fears and requests. Made an appointment then read the reviews, decided to cancel. I called and the secretary answered. I told her I wanted to cancel and asked her if she read the terrible reviews for the place. She told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. So leaving one star for terrible customer service, and I didnt even get to talk to the doctor. You should really look into hiring some quality staff if you plan on repairing your reputation. Very rude and unprofessional.
