I am forever grateful for Dr. Zaghmout and his team. Being diagnosed with endometriosis 10 years ago, every year it has been extensively worse. We finally made the decision that, as we are no longer having babies, it was time to get a full hysterectomy, and without any hesitation, he listened to my fears and requests. Made an appointment then read the reviews, decided to cancel. I called and the secretary answered. I told her I wanted to cancel and asked her if she read the terrible reviews for the place. She told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. So leaving one star for terrible customer service, and I didnt even get to talk to the doctor. You should really look into hiring some quality staff if you plan on repairing your reputation. Very rude and unprofessional.
I went to see Dr. Zaghmout for something I was really nervous about. He was thorough, and ordered every Necessary test to see what was causing my issue. He sat and talked with me and answered every question I had. Also nurse Becky has spots available daily for gynecology problems such as utis/ or irritation and the front desk are always able to get me in with no issue which previous offices I have been to would just tell me to go to urgent care. I love his office, and his staff, and would highly recommend them.
My first experience with Dr Zaghmout in 2021 was very positive. He was thorough and kind. I recently went back to the office for an appt in Sept and his demeanor has completely changed. He was short with me and I felt uncomfortable. I thought maybe he was having a bad day so I decided I would still return for my pregnancy. Update: I have removed two stars due to the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. One lady in particular. I didn’t get her name but I can def point her out. I see many others have complained about her in previous reviews. I will be sure to let Dr know at my upcoming visit as well as do my follow up survey. She cannot continue to speak to people in such a rude & disgusting manner. It isn’t the Caucasian lady who I am referring to but the other older lady with the grey hair & glasses.
