This office is a sham. They will tell you a service is fully covered by your insurance, even when you stress that your interpretation of the plan is that it's not. Then they bill you for it a few months later. In my circumstance, I fought the charge, and the office finally waived it. 1.5 years since that original visit, and now they are reaching out for a charge associated with the same visit, even though nothing changed. Do not go here if you value your sanity. Wait times for appointments are 1 hour+ EVERY TIME. As in, set appointment for 10:00am, don't expect to be seen until 11:30am. If you need to reschedule, make sure you write down the name of the person you spoke with. It is probable that they won't note it at their end and you will get a no show fee (this happened to me twice). Also, they won't charge you at time of visit, but will send the bill.
