I would like to share my pleasant experience with Tyson, the owner of the store. All sales reps were very generous and helpful. They took their time to explain and let us try. We tried some units on the floor, but we also wanted to try out the Gran Duo sold at Costco. Unfortunately, it was not available at the store, but the unit was available at the HQ in Carrollton.
