I was impressed with a Salesman named Jeff. He was very nice, polite, dedicated and helpful in providing information of the massage chairs. In addition, this place has a good collection of varies brand displays to try out. Had a good experience with this place therefore this place deserves five stars.
My husband has been wanting one for a very long time and he chose the Osaki DuoMax because of stronger massage (compared to AI Vivo and Grand Duo). Matthew at OTA Healthmate Lewisville, TX was great to work with and made it happen so I can get a surprise pre-valentine’s and 14th anniversary gift. The 2 week delivery turned to only 5 days. Gio (?) and partner delivered and installed efficiently and no issues. Looking forward to many in-home relaxation.
