Pretty bad experience. I really don’t like writing bad reviews, but after what went through, I felt like I had no choice. I spoke with at least five different people about my problem. Every one of them simply quoted policy to me. They were not interested in my story at all. After two weeks, I appealed to Mr. Michael Cha, The CEO of Osaki through emails.
