Food was ok but Susan is a TERRIBLE waitress! Had to flag her down & ask multiple times for sushi menu, drinks, etc. Won't ever be back! Will drive to NoVA from now on.
Lived in Warrenton for 9 years and finally experienced Osaka! Arrived around 5:30pm and my little family was the only table. We were greeted by Susan and served by her as well. Sweet and attentive with drinks and if we needed anything. When the hibachi started, the chef was engaging and joking with our children. It was dinner and show! We purchased 2 hibachi dinners and 1 kids and still had leftovers! Great tasting food and service. Will be returning soon Osaka. +ginger sauce +yum yum sauce ♥️
The sushi at the this restaurant is not good!
I’ve enjoyed Osaka over the years because good sushi is hard to find in Warrenton / Culpeper but never again. The sushi chef is EXTREMELY rude - YELLING across the restaurant because he made an order incorrectly. It’s fine. I’ll get sushi in Haymarket and manassas…. How rude. Not only that but you staff can’t even direct someone to the restroom? It just gets old. Train your staff to be kind. Susan is a gem. Keep her and maybe you’ll stay in business. Poor girl trying to serve the entire restaurant with kindness
