The service persons was very polite and friendly and welcoming. Our drinks and my appetizer came quick. I had sushi as an appetizer, the seafood was not chilled as a matter of fact it was almost room temperature. With that being said, the rest of the food was good and the cook prepared it wonderful. Great food, not great service. When you walk in, they ignore you and do not welcome you in. I've ordered takeout 4 or 5 times now and it's the same every time: the first two people ignore me, then someone else looks up as if I'm distracting them from something. When I tell them my name and that I'm picking up they just point to your order without saying anything, like you work for them or something. I like the food here, but the staff and atmosphere do not make you feel welcome.
Food was ok but Susan is a TERRIBLE waitress! Had to flag her down & ask multiple times for sushi menu, drinks, etc. Won't ever be back! Will drive to NoVA from now on.
Lived in Warrenton for 9 years and finally experienced Osaka! Arrived around 5:30pm and my little family was the only table. We were greeted by Susan and served by her as well. Sweet and attentive with drinks and if we needed anything. When the hibachi started, the chef was engaging and joking with our children. It was dinner and show! We purchased 2 hibachi dinners and 1 kids and still had leftovers! Great tasting food and service. Will be returning soon Osaka. +ginger sauce +yum yum sauce ♥️
