We really enjoyed the sushi we got on Valentine’s Day. Very fresh and quick preparation. Delivery was very fast. Restaurant does their own delivery and the delivery driver was courteous. We will order sushi from the restaurant again. My son got Katsu and he ate it all. We also got the Miso soup and it was tasty. We are very happy with our dinner. Thank you Osaka.
Terrible service
I bought a ton of different sushi rolls, and some gyoza. Gyoza was good, but the rolls were very clearly hours and hours old. I ended up just throwing them out
Terrible customer service. Do not expect it to be personable as the employees do not care and will treat you with disrespect.
I only order here because Uber Eats hada promo of buy one get one free. I ordered this and they only gave me one item. When I confronted them about it, the manager tried to gaslight me saying that is not how buy 1 get 1 for free works. He then proceeded to show me another order where they were giving two items of the thing I ordered for the same price I paid, so he was aware of the promo.
