I am extremely angry right now. My order said arriving at 9:30 and it is past my bed time and it is 10:30 and it has not arrived. I am PISSED. I work too hard for this bs. They are evil and I called and got straight attitude-
Got a 3 roll lunch special via their website. Food was ready for pickup when I got there, outside and inside was clean. Food was good and decent size for the rolls, made well. Staff was polite and quick. I have seen comments about staff acting like you're a bother but I think they are just to the point and quick as I had no issues. They also provided chopsticks, soy sauce and a side salad for the lunch 3 roll special. Will be back and recommend trying them out.
Food was supposed to arrive at 8:10 PM. Called the restaurant at 8:20. They have informed me that food will still be 30 minutes and it cannot be cancelled. Excuse was it is a home games. If they cannot deliver within the time frame then they should adjust the timeframe within ordering. Sushi should not sit for excessive amounts of time regardless of what is going on.... Usually love this place but won’t be ordering again after I found medal in my food while eating…
We really enjoyed the sushi we got on Valentine’s Day. Very fresh and quick preparation. Delivery was very fast. Restaurant does their own delivery and the delivery driver was courteous. We will order sushi from the restaurant again. My son got Katsu and he ate it all. We also got the Miso soup and it was tasty. We are very happy with our dinner. Thank you Osaka.
