The only reason I give them one star is because I want to leave this review. This is the only electric company in America that can shut down on a sunny 60 degree day. Trying to work from home is a joke with this electric company. I’m sure if we checked the meter it would still be whirling away. If you are considering moving to Cass Co Mo please know you will live on dirt roads, have water that taste like they drained a swamp and intermittent electricity. Our transformer blew and it was -11 out and they came out, changed it out for a new one in a little over an hour total! Amazing customer service, I’m so thankful!
